
PARTICIPATION IN THE FOOD CHANDE MAKERS' SUMMIT
This summit was attended by professors Dr. Mónica Fernández, Dr. María José Ruiz and Dr. Yelko Rodríguez-Carrasco of the RiskTox group. This day was a meeting with global leaders of the food system where they talked about trends, challenges and opportunities of the most current sector.
It has been an excellent day, where high-level topics have been discussed and from which we have obtained contacts and new collaborators for our research group.
