Develop your rubric and adapt it to your subject and your students. Here is an example:

  • On how to expose oneself (non-verbal language)
    • Gestures
    • Gaze
    • Volume and intonation
    • Pace and pronunciation
    • Attire
  • About what is being presented (verbal language)
    • Order and structure
    • Vocabulary
    • Syntax
    • Clarity and conciseness
    • Density of information
    • Means of support
    • Conclusion
  • General presentation considerations (interest and effectiveness)
    • Mastery of the subject matter
