The final degree project defence, which will be public, will consist of the following parts:

  1. The chair will introduce the members of the panel, list the sections that make up the assessment, and remind the students of the scoring mechanism and the weighting of each section.
  2. The chair will give the floor to the students to present and defend their work, for which they will have a time limit of no more than 15 minutes.
  3. Afterwards, and for a maximum of 20 minutes, the panel may make observations or ask questions about the work presented. The chair will give the floor to the members of the panel to ask questions or make comments on the work presented and to the students to answer.

 

Videoconference defence

A videoconferencing platform may be used, proceeding with the public defence, so that no password is required to enter the session specified by the presiding board.
