Students have to ask UVdisability for a report on the necessary adaptations to take an exam.
In order to adapt the evaluation system, the following considerations have been taken into account for greater adaptability:
- Laptop use
If a laptop is needed for an exam, UVdisability must be contacted to provide an empty laptop, as students are not allowed to use their personal computers for an exam.
- Extra time
In both questionnaires and assignments, parameters can be edited in the Virtual Classroom to assign a different time limit to the rest of the student body. It is also advisable to inform by e-mail of these guidelines.
- Visually impaired students
Check that the exam meets the needs of the students and make appropriate checks before the exam (contact upd@uv.es if in doubt).
Students usually remind teaching staff of the adaptations a few days before the exam.
