Fundación Carolina, in collaboration with Banco Santander, is organizing the Ibero-American Young Leaders Program, the twentieth edition of which will take place from June 15 to 27, 2025, in the cities of Madrid, Brussels, and A Coruña.
The purpose of this program is to strengthen ties between young graduates, potential leaders with a future in their countries, in order to create collaborative networks for their future professional, political, and social careers.
The program involves a two-week participation by a group of 25 young Ibero-Americans, including Portuguese and Spanish nationals, in a series of conferences, meetings, and visits to institutions and companies. This will allow them to immerse themselves deeply in the Spanish and European realities.
The main requirements for participating in this program are:
- Having obtained a higher education degree (bachelor's degree or equivalent) after October 1, 2022, and being under 27 years of age.
- Having an outstanding academic record, with involvement in activities within their community, and possessing social and leadership skills.
The deadline for receiving applications is April 22, 2025.
Applications will be open to all candidates who meet the established requirements, through Fundación Carolina and Banco Santander websites.
