Object
The University of Valencia (UV) and the Association of Ibero-American Postgraduate Univeristies (AUIP), as a collaboring entity, offer 14 scholarships for studying an Official Master Degree program of the University of Valencia to students from Latin American universities that are AUIP members.
There are two types of these scholarships:
- 12 newly awarded grants to complete one of the UV's official master's degrees.
- 2 renewal grants for the continuation and completion of studies in the Master's Degree in Development Cooperation and in the Master's Degree in Gender and Equality Policies, aimed at students who have been beneficiaries of an AUIP 2024-2025 scholarship that meet the established conditions.
Requirements
For newly awarded grants:
- Must be a graduate of a university in a Latin American country associated with the AUIP.
- Must be a new student at UV.
- Must not have resided in Spain for more than twelve months during the last three years from the date of the call for applications.
- Must meet the requirements and conditions for admission to official master's programs in Spain and the specific academic requirements for the master's program for which the grant is being awarded.
- Must have a minimum grade point average of 8 points, certified in the document with the average grade calculated on a scale of 10, in accordance with the qualification equivalency procedure established in Spanish regulations.
- Must not have been a beneficiary of the grant in the 2024-2025 academic year. For these purposes, a beneficiary will be considered both a student who actually received the grant and a student who renounced it.
For renovation grants:
- Must have been enrolled in the UV's Official Master's Degree in Development Cooperation or Gender and Equality Policies during the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Must have been a beneficiary of one of the AUIP scholarships offered by the UV's Vice-Rector's Office for Sustainability, Cooperation, and Healthy Living during the 2024-2025 academic year.
Financial endowment
The grants for both modalities will be as follows:

Tuition fees: the amount of ECTS credits for the Master's subjects, up to a maximum of 60 ECTS. This does not include administrative fees for pre-registration, diploma issuance fees, or other fees or insurance.

Global financial aid of 2.500 euros: it will be paid in two installments to the student by AUIP into the bank account opened by the beneficiary in Spain.

Full-board accommodation and meals at the College of Residence indicated by the University of Valencia during the 2025-2026 academic year.

It is necessary to previously registrer as a user.
The system will send a confirmation email to the interested person's email account with a link to continue the registration process. Then you must follow the steps that will be indicated by the same application. You must consult the documentation and other procedures in the text of the call.
Students appliying for renovation are not required to submit additional documentation but they do have to submit an application. Students appliying for new places have to submit the documents as indicated in the Rules and Regulacions. The documents subject to oficial format will be available at the AUIP website.
