AJG - The cooperation mobility grant granted to Professor Ana Juan-García was developed between the months of July and August 2024 in collaboration with Universidad de Cartagena, at its headquarters in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). The grant allowed participation in the project to promote scientific knowledge in different areas of the Bolívar region, territories of Cauca and Chocó and was based on holding STEM dissemination talks in schools and municipal centers aimed mainly at girls, but also for general population.

During the cooperation stay, it was also possible to teach at Universidad de Cartagena, and different areas were visited to extend the promotion of research and science, as well as their importance. To this end, the project also included the design of murals based on scientific-experimental motifs or women's contributions to science that could be painted in private homes and that had an appeal for the area and a reason for visits by other towns and their people.
