The cooperation grants for visiting staff are intended to cover the stay expenses of teaching and research staff, administration and services staff, and doctoral students from cooperation countries who spend a stay at the University of Valencia.
 
The grants finance the stay in a university hall of residence (room and board), up to a maximum of three consecutive months.

Convocatoria de ayudas para estancias de cooperación de personal visitante en la Universitat de València para el año 2024

Plazo de solicitudes del 19 deciembre 2023 al 15 noviembre 2024.

Las solicitudes se presentarán únicamente a través del formulario específico de esta convocatoria del registro electrónico de la UV, adjuntant la documentació:

  1. Carta de invitación del solicitante de la UV  con indicación de la propuesta de la actividad docente a realizar durante la estancia, fechas y visto bueno del Departamento/Instituto.
  2. Copia del pasaporte de la persona invitada.
  3. Documento acreditativo de la vinculación del beneficiario o beneficiaria invitada con la universidad de procedencia.

Los beneficiarios de las ayudas deben gestionar la reserva del alojamiento objeto de la ayuda en el Colegio Mayor Rector Peset de la Universitat de València.

Solo en el caso de que no haya disponibilidad en el Colegio Mayor Rector Peset, se podrá recurrir a los siguientes, por este orden de preferencia:

  1. Residencia Universitaria Damià Bonet
  2. Colegio Mayor Ausias March

Una vez finalizada la estancia, el Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales y Cooperación será el encargado de gestionar el pago de la estancia al Colegio Mayor.

El beneficiario tendrá que cumplimentar y enviar a outgoing@uv.es, en el plazo de un mes de la finalización, el informe final: Ayudas para estancia de personal visitante - Informe final

 

 

Call for cooperation grants for visiting staff at the University of Valencia for the year 2023

 
Publication on the Bulletin Board of the University of Valencia
 
Deadline for applications from March 29 to November 15, 2023 or until the credit is exhausted.
 
Applications will be submitted, by the Universtiy of Valencia staff that hosts the visiting foreign staff, through the online office specific form addressed to the following:
  • Type of unit: Servicios universitarios y Servicios Centrales
  • Addressed unit: Servicio de Relaciones Internacionales y Cooperación
  • Desired procedure: Specific procedures of the unit
  • Select:  Cooperation grants visiting staff
Documentation that must be attached electronically:
  • Copy of the passport of the invited person.
  • Certificate from the University or Research Center of origin, certifying the relationship with it.
  • Annex II invitation letter from the responsible tutor of the University of Valencia.
The beneficiaries of the aid have to manage the reservation of the accommodation that is the object of the aid in the Colegio Mayor Rector Peset  of the University of Valencia.
 
Only in the event that there is no availability at the Colegio Mayor Rector Peset , the following may be used, in this order of preference:
  1. Damià Bonet University Residence
  2. Ausias March Hall of Residence

At the end on the stay the tutor in charge of the aid must send the Annex II Informe final de l'ajuda de cooperació de personal visitant a coop@uv.es
