IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT ACTION KA220

As stated in the Erasmus Guide (p. 263), "In the case of applications submitted to national agencies in the fields of school education (SCH), vocational education and training (VET), adult education (ADU) and youth (YOUTH), the same organisation (with the same OID identifier) may not participate in more than 10 applications in total per deadline, either as an applicant or as a partner."

As of 22/02/2026, the University of Valencia has reached the maximum of 10 proposals and therefore cannot accept any more KA220-ADU, KA220-SCH, KA220-VET and KA2020-YOU proposals.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT THE CREATIVE EUROPE CALL

The call establishes participation limits per organisation:

• The same organisation may act as coordinator in only one project, regardless of the category chosen.
• Each organisation may participate in a maximum of 3 applications, either as coordinator or as a partner, regardless of the category chosen.

Acces to the application for Erasmus+ KA1 and KA2

Access to the application for the rest of Erasmus+ actions and Creative Europe 

Members of the university community interested in submitting an education innovation European project must contact with the International Relations and Cooperation Service’s Projects Unit as soon as possible in order to guarantee a proper inner coordination and have the required administrative support for the proposal presentation.

Both the application and management of education innovation European projects must follow the Erasmus+ Project Management Criteria of the 2026 Call.

In the case of calls with a limit on the number of applications per participating institution, proposals that have not been previously communicated to the Projects Unit may not receive support.
