Erasmus Programme

The actions on the Erasmus+ Programme are divided in two types: decentralised and centralised actions:

  • Decentralised actions: are managed on a National level by National agencies designated by the authorities of each participating state. In Spain, there are two entities designated as National agencies for the coordinated management of the Erasmus+ Programme:
    • The Spanish Service for the Internationalisation of Education (SEPIE), for the field of education and training.
    • Spanish National Agency (ANE), included in the Spanish Institute of Youth (INJUVE) for the field of youth and sport.
  • Centralised actions: are managed on an European level directly by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in Brussels. The EACEA is responsible for the complete management of the projects, from the promotion of the programme to the assessment of the proposals, the monitoring and the dissemination of the results.
