Role of the European Projects Unit of the International Relations and Cooperation Service

 

The International Relations and Cooperation Service, through the European Projects Unit, supports the members of the university community who are interested in participating in International projects on Educational Innovation over the course of the project, as coordinators or as members:

 

  • Assisting on the application procedures to participate in the calls for European projects.
  • Advicing on the management procedures of the funded European projects.
  • Disseminating and promoting the different calls.
  • Creating and maintaining a project repository.

Contract
Application, regulation and calls

To submit an application or to access the management of an approved project, the management criteria established for Erasmus+ projects must be followed.

The documents relative to the proposal must be sent to the Projects Unit at least 15 days before the end of the deadline for submission.

Resources

Both the European Commission and the SEPIE, and Creative Europe will provide the users with several resources to:

  • Prepare the proposals
  • Search for partners/members
  • Check de results of funded projects
  • Manage projects
  • Informative conferences on the different calls periodically.
