The Department of History of Art of the University of Valencia, with the co-sponsorship of the Faculty of Geography and History, organizes this seminar as a complementary activity of our Degree and Postgraduate studies in Art History. It is mainly destined to the students of the subject of "Artistic Historiography" of third year of the Degree in History of Art, students of the last year of that degree, as well as of the Master in History of Art and Visual Culture and Doctorate in History of Art.

The seminar will be given by members of the research group Irudi (University of Buenos Aires, Universitat de Barcelona) and will address the study of the replicas that have been made throughout history for religious or playful purposes.
