On December 1, Lucio Fernández, Director of Human Resources of the Atresmedia Group, gave a conference moderated by Associate Professor Andrés Salas, in which he explained the keys to the figure of the human resources director to the students of the Master's Degree in Management Human Resources.

The conference allowed students to learn about the main challenges faced by a human resources director, as well as the keys to the professional development of this figure.
