El próximo jueves 16/02/2023 a las 15:30h en la Sala Reuniones SS6 (Edificio de Cabecera, Semisótano), se hablará sobre las Nature Masterclasses y Descriptive Statistics

Next session of the PhD students Coffee Time is going to be a bit different! We would like to expose two main topics and discuss with all of you about them. On one hand, we would like to know if there is a major interest in some of the Nature Masterclasses that are available for some of us but, unfortunately, not everybody. In that case, we can talk about that course (or courses) in future Coffee Time.

On the other hand, some students have been talking about the general interest of learning statistics. We would like to discuss with you which are our main interest, and try to stablish a list of statistical analysis in which all of us are interested. Could be something specific as what is a GLM, or maybe something more general like a basic knowledge about Descriptive Statistics.

We will expose what we think that could be interesting for all of us, but for this to work we need your help too! Please, think about all of this and propose your needs and thoughts next Thursday!
