
CaFeCiCo 07/05/2026: Exchange of communicative signals between two primate species
At the next CaFeCiCo, our colleague Irene Gordón Baeza will introduce herself and talk to us about animal behaviour. She will introduce us to her doctoral thesis on primate communication within the context of the evolution of human language. Specifically, on the communicative signals exchanged between members of two primate groups from very different species: the western lowland gorilla (*Gorilla gorilla*) and the white-crowned mangabey (*Cercocebus lunulatus*).
