The purpose of this call for applications is to recruit a Senior Research Technician to carry out scientific and technical activities within the framework of the project ‘Governance and business models for living labs: rural regeneration hubs for tackling soil health challenges in the Mediterranean region’ (GOV4LL). CPI-26-238, funded under the research line: ‘Soil health and sustainable and regenerative management practices for agroforestry soils’, within the framework of the European Union’s Horizon Europe Programme.

GOV4ALL aims to address soil degradation from a socio-ecological systems perspective. The project is based on the premise that sustainable soil management requires multi-stakeholder governance processes and the development of co-creation frameworks that enable the alignment of interests, the identification of regional needs, and the facilitation of the implementation of practical and scalable solutions.

Its areas of work include the analysis of needs and decision-making factors in different territories, the development of collaborative innovation structures, and the generation of common indicators for assessing soil health.
