Objectives:
- To study and describe a particular historical assumption
- Analysis of existing and searchable documentation generated by the studied process
- To establish comparisons with other known cases and models
- Determining the most important characters and classification in a given category
- To describe, when appropriate, the reconciliation, memory recovery and rehabilitation mechanisms of the victims involved in the process

Topic 2. Political rights and civil liberties of Europe in the 19th century

Objectives:
- To study the genesis of a particular right or freedom (or a homogeneous set of them) in the legal and constitutional system of a European country
- To analyse and expose the doctrinal and academic influences present in the origin of the process
- To analyse and expose the parliamentary debates and the political and social discussions on the legal implementation of the particular right or liberty

- Studying its practical application and effectiveness once it has been promulgated: case-law, doctrine, teaching at universities, etc.
