These conferences, held on 18 and 19 July, are organised by the Universitat de València, the University of Seville and the IDOCAL Institute.
On 18 and 19 July 2024 the 14th Scientific Conferences of Research in Human Resources Psychology will take place: Rising technologies in the field: Research challenges and practice in WOP and Human Resources, organised by the UV, University of Seville and the IDOCAL Institute.
These conferences will strengthen research on the psychosocial aspects of human resources in organisations. Furthermore, multiple trends and topics contributing to the progress of work psychology will be analysed. Some of these topics are the influence of robotisation and digitalisation at work, the personal and contextual factors to take into account in the psychology of occupational health, bargaining and mediation, as well as culture of inclusion and quality of working life.
The participation of junior and senior researchers from different research lines in the field, from both the UV and the University of Seville, will bring forth debate and reflection on the challenges that our discipline is currently facing.
In addition, two guest lecturers will give lectures on artificial intelligence and its influence on the workplace: Pascale Le Blanc y Anna-Sophie Ulfert, both from the Eindhoven University of Technology from the Netherlands.
