The doctoral students Felipe Bravo and Alexandra Puentes had the opportunity to present the project that is developing the team of “DigyLid: Training in Leadership Competences for Teleworking”.
On 25 June an enriching knowledge exchange and feedback session took place between the team “DigyLid: Training in Leadership Competences for Teleworking” and the renowned professor and researcher Dr Marisa Salanova, who is currently on a stay at the IDOCAL Institute.
During the session, the doctoral students Felipe Bravo y Alexandra Puentes had the opportunity to show Marisa the development and implementation of this intervention on remote leadership, which has been carried out in Spain, Colombia and Chile. Additionally, they discussed with Dr Salanova possible ways of evaluating the intervention and share the results with the scientific community.
The DigyLid team benefited tremendously from the presence of Marisa Salanova, who provided valuable ideas and feedback for this last stage of the project. This exchange of knowledge and experiences ended up being an incentive to keep researching about leadership and work life quality in the context of teleworking and working through digital means.
