Gea Eman successfully defended her thesis entitled "Team Perceptions of Charismatic Leadership: The role of average perceptions and homogeneity in predicting team performance through the quality of intra-team communication".

On 29 June 2023, Gea Eman, PhD student of the HR Psychology programme, presented and defended her doctoral thesis.

The presentation took place at the Faculty of Psychology and the defendant successfully answered different questions and comments from the panel.

The thesis was supervised by Dr. Ana Hernández Baeza and Dr. Vicente González-Romá. The examining board that assessed the thesis was formed by professors Ana Zornoza (UV), Víctor Valls (UV), and Núria Gamero (University of Seville). 

Gea gave a high quality presentation, receiving top marks.
