We successfully concluded the 16th Scientific Conference of Research in Human Resources Psychology, held at the Research Institute of Personnel Psychology, Organizational Development and Quality of Working Life [IDOCAL] from the Universitat de València on 25 and 26 June. It was organised by the Doctoral Programme in Psychology of Human Resources at the Universitat de València, and the University of Seville. Under the theme: Human-Centered Digital Transformation: Generative AI, Inclusion and Employee Well-Being, the meeting gathered researchers and doctoral students to discuss some of the main challenges that digital transformation sets out within organisations.

During the conference, researchers and doctoral students shared the latest research on generative artificial intelligence, innovation, leadership, workplace well-being, inclusion, psychological safety, and scientific transparency. Moreover, the programme included a keynote lecture by Lucia Cervi (University of Edinburgh Business School) and a panel of pre-doctoral researchers, establishing this meeting as a benchmark space for knowledge exchange and scientific cooperation in Psychology of Human Resources.
