
On 28 November 2022, David Montesa García, PhD student of the Doctoral Programme in Psychology and HR, presented and defended his doctoral thesis.
The thesis, entitled "Human resource practices as antecedents of change in employees' psychological capital and job performance", took place in the boardroom of the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy and after various questions, comments and deliberation by the committee, the thesis received the highest mark.
The thesis was directed by professors Isabel Rodríguez and José María Peiró (IDOCAL-University of Valencia). The committee that assessed the thesis was formed by professors Núria Tordera (University of Valencia), Francisco J. Medina (University of Seville) and Leonor Pais (University of Coimbra).
