The UV has a grant programme ‘Valorize and Transfer’ for developing proof of concept projects and, in relation with transferring to society, its Doctoral School fosters and supports carrying out Industrial Doctorates and other types of Doctorates in collaboration with business, entities and institutions in both, the private and the public sector.

The UV fosters the university community health through sport and, for that reason, all its Campus Include sports facilities and organises internal competitions and take part in interuniversity and international competitions, in which achieve excellent results. Its program of adapted sport, university sports grants and prizes of the Trinidad Alfonso Foundation should be noted.

La Nau Cultural Centre, Located in the centre of Valencia and what was the initial head office of our university, currently is a place with a wide cultural activity available to all society.
