Stages to follow in the Exchange Process and Registration at the Economics Faculty

Before coming:

  • Follow the procedures explained in the website (LINK)
  • Send the documents (requested by email) to the Faculty of Economics in order for us to proceed with the confirmation of your Learning Agreement and the pre-registration in classes. Please, check the academic offer for both semesters and timetables to fill in the documents.

After arrival at the University of Valencia (UV):

  • Go to the International Relations Office of the UV (Calle Menéndez Pelayo 3) in order to sign the Certificate of Arrival.
  • Go to the International Relations Office of the Economics Faculty (Avenida Tarongers) to finish the registration process at the faculty and get the additional instructions. Please, don’t forget to bring a copy of your passport or identification document and one photo.
  • Attend the Welcoming Session (mandatory). You will get the information about the date of the meeting via email and it will be also available on the faculty’s website:
  • Signature of the Learning Agreement by the degree coordinator.
  • Before your departure, please remember to bring the Certificate of Stay to the International Relations Office of the UV (Calle Menéndez Pelayo 3) to be signed.
  • Finally, your Transcript of Records will be sent to your home university.
