On June 15, Román Pérez Solá, graduated in Electronic Engineering for Telecommunications from the ETSE-UV, received the resolution noticing he had been selected to be awarded a scholarship to study a Master’s degree in Marine Renewable Energy in the UK.
The Iberdrola Foundation was responsible for granting the scholarship and called a total of 10 grants nationwide, of which only five were destined to the Master’s degree in Renewable Energy that is taught just in five universities in the UK.
The selection process was not easy, as our graduate had to go through a hard selection process, including a personal interview at the Iberdrola Foundation in Madrid with two representatives of Iberdrola, a full university professor from the Complutense University of Madrid and a representative of Scottish Power in the UK.
On June 15, Roman knew he had been selected to study at Strathclyde University the Master’s degree in MSc in Sustainable Engineering: Offshore Renewable Energy.
From the ETSE-UV we want to congratulate our graduate and wish him a fruitful stay in his new experience in this prestigious Master’s degree.
