TFG en entitats externes

En el cas de fer el TFG en col·laboració amb institucions, organismes o empreses diferents de la Universitat de València, una vegada feta l'assignació del tema i del tutor o tutora del TFG i seleccionada l'entitat externa on fer aquest treball, el propi estudiant s'haurà de baixar els següents documents:

  • Acord TFG: haurà d'emplenar-ho per a després, signar-ho i recaptar la signatura dels tutors Annex I
  • Acord de confidencialitat per al TFG per al cas en què, per raons de confidencialitat, no siga possible presentar i publicar alguns resultats, caldrà especificar, amb caràcter previ, les condicions d'aquestes limitacions: que hauran de signar tant l'empresa com l'estudiant Annex II

L'alumnat haurà d'incloure aquests documents en el procediment de Valisa Electrònica habilitat a aquest efecte anomenat “TFG-TFM en entitats externes” que trobareu explicat en aquest enllaç

Guidelines for the handling of confidential bachelor’s and master’s theses

To ensure the protection of Final Degree Projects (TFGs) and Master's Degree Projects (TFMs) containing sensitive information or subject to confidentiality agreements, the following guidelines have been established.

  1. Submission of the thesis in case of confidential work
  1. The student must upload the thesis (TFG/TFM) in PDF format protected with a password when submitting the defense request through the electronic office.
  2. The established password should provide secure protection for the document. It is recommended that it contains at least eight characters, including letters, numbers and symbols.
  1. Password sharing
  1. The student must share the password for accessing the PDF file with their TFG/TFM academic supervisor.
  1. Formation of the evaluation committee
  1. The TFG/TFM coordinator, when appointing the evaluation committee, must inform all members that they are required to sign Annex III of the TFG/TFM regulations, which refers to the confidentiality commitment.
  2. The annex III must be signed before providing access to the report.
  1. Access to the thesis in the Aula Virtual
  1. The thesis will be available in its encrypted version in the Aula Virtual.
  2. The supervisor will be responsible for providing the password to the committee, once it has been confirmed that all members have signed Annex III.
