Food&HealthLL has the capacity of creating specific innovation networks on food and health to improve the quality of life.
Each Network is coordinated by a research structure or group of the Universitat de València which proposes its structure and composition to the governing bodies of the Living-Lab and performs the functions of programming and implementation of activities and initiatives of the network.
The functions of the coordinating structure of the thematic network are:
- Proposing to the governing bodies of Food&HealthLL the composition of each network, in terms of the objectives thereof, so as to establish a common space in which the triple helix model in the field of innovation in food and sustainable mobility can be developed: Companies, Universities and Public Administration.
- To coordinate the development of the annual work plan.
- To give the necessary organisational support to ensure the implementation of the activities proposed in the work plan.
- To encourage the development of local, national or international collaborative research projects.
- To build quality research and attract doctoral students and researchers around the network activities.
