In celebration of WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY, on Thursday 30 May the UV has organised an event in which the manifesto will be read publicly. This manifesto can be signed through a QR code.

This event is part of the agreement on Smoke-Free Zones signed by the Universitat de València and the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Valencia.

Information on groups for quitting tabacco

Our mutual, Umivale Activa, has launched a tobacco prevention campaign to inform, among other things, about false tobacco myths. This initiative consists of seven factsheets.

In addition, the General Directorate of Public Health of the Conselleria de Sanitat has prepared the Dossier “Protecting the youngest from the interference of the tobacco industry” for the celebration of this day.
