Our colleague, David Montesa, will present the PhD thesis entitled “Las prácticas de recursos humanos como antecedentes del cambio en el capital psicológico y el desempeño laboral de los empleados” the 28th of November.

The defense will take place at 12:00 in the “Salon de Grados” at the Faculty of Psychology. The dissertation is directed by Isabel Rodríguez and José María Peiró. The tribunal evaluating the thesis will consist of Núria Tordera (University of Valencia), Francisco J. Medina (University of Sevilla), and Leonor Pais (University of Coimbra).
