The Erasmus Mundus Master in Work, Organizational, and Personnel Psychology (WOP-P) welcomed its new and second-year students with an engaging opening session. Our home students gathered together for the beginning of the 2026- 2027 course at Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy, Universitat de València

The day began with a meeting between the coordination and support staff and the new students, providing guidance on academic life and practical aspects of the program. This was followed by a joint session with faculty and second-year students.

The welcome concluded with a keynote lecture delivered by Dr. Marija Davcheva, titled ” Occupational Health and Temporal Incapacity Management: Setting the Ground for Sustainable Organizations and Societies ”, offering academic inspiration and setting the tone for the year ahead.
