DESCRIPTION
The research group focuses on the study of the effects of stress and emotional regulation on the cognitive function of individuals who present subjective memory complaints. Our project aims to explore how stress affects cognitive ability and how emotional regulation strategies can modulate this impact in people who experience difficulties in their perceived memory. Through an interdisciplinary approach that combines psychological, neurological and biomedical methods, we seek to better understand the underlying mechanisms in these subjective memory complaints and propose effective interventions to improve the quality of life of these individuals.
