María Tena Torres

Valencia, 1990. Through her work she expresses her love and admiration for nature. She perceives the world as an organic puzzle; she likes to think of us as part of a large interconnected organism that needs and sustains us at the same time. She often uses embroidery, drawing, printmaking and collage to create her pieces. She has recently shown her work at the Fundación Mainel (Valencia), the Galería Vangar (Valencia), the Menador (Castellón), the Universidad Politécnica de València and the Instituto Alicantino de Cultura Juan Gil-Albert (Alicante).
