This work by José Ignacio López Susín offers an extensive repertoire of more than 4,400 trilingual entries (Spanish-Catalan-Aragonese), with the aim of achieving the standardisation and normalisation of Aragonese in the legal, administrative and institutional fields.

The Chair for Linguistic Rights of the Universitat de València, in collaboration with the Johan Ferrández de Heredia Chair of Aragonese Languages and Intangible Heritage of the University of Zaragoza, has published the book “De terminología jurídica y administrativa: Una propuesta trilingüe: castellano/catalán/aragonés” which begins the collection “Catch-all”. The author of the study is the jurist and Director-General of Linguistic Policy of the Government of Aragon, José Ignacio López Susín.

This work makes it possible to recover the technical and precise language already present in medieval Aragonese, which allowed legal concepts to be delimited and specified. It is for this reason that the desire to use the terminology they already had and adapt it to the current legal vocabulary, as well as to bring it into line with the homonymous definitions in both Valencian and Spanish arose.

The extensive repertoire of terminology is made up of more than 4,400 trilingual entries with the aim of collaborating in the standardisation and normalisation of Aragonese in the legal, administrative and institutional fields.
