On June 23, IUCIE participated as an associate member center in the information meeting of the CLACSO-Latin American Council of Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities network.
The Latin American Council of Social Sciences is a non-governmental international institution with associate status at UNESCO, created in 1967. It currently brings together 927 research and postgraduate centers in the field of social sciences and humanities in 56 countries in Latin America, the Caribbean, and other continents.
The various initiatives, programs, and opportunities for participation offered by CLACSO have been presented, including academic activities, working groups, training and research opportunities, publications, and other resources available to Member Centers.
We have expressed our interest in collaborating through various activities, such as dialogue among research groups, as well as opportunities for research stays at the institute, training programs, and more. We invite you to find out more details on the CLACSO website or to contact Sabine Heiss (sabine.heiss@uv.es), the IUCIE representative at CLACSO.
