It is sponsored by the International Association of Quebec Studies (AIÉQ), and has the collaboration of IUCIE and the Department of French and Italian Philology.

She is a professor of literature at the University of Montreal, where she teaches courses on women's writing (19th-21st centuries), the avant-garde, photoliterature, and literary care. She directs the online journal MuseMedusa (www.musemedusa.com), which specializes in research and creation.
