The IUCIE has hosted two visiting Brazilian researchers for a four-month stay. They are Felipe Fróes Couto, from the Universidade Estadual de Montes Claros (UNIMONTES), and Lorena Fonseca, from the Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais (UEMG). Both aim to foster academic dialogue that promotes collaboration between research groups, faculty, and graduate students, particularly in the areas of educational innovation, social and economic development, public policy, and civic engagement.
This postdoctoral stay aims to promote the construction of institutional bridges between IUCIE and the Postgraduate programs in Social Development (PPGDS-UNIMONTES) and in Economic Development and Business Strategy (PPGDEE-UNIMONTES), as well as with the area of Law and Public Policy at UEMG.
