Alejandro Armellini
Professor and Dean of Digital and Distributed Learning at the University of Portsmouth (UK). Principal Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and Fellow of the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce. He has also worked at the universities of Kent, Manchester, Leicester and Northampton in the UK, and at ORT Uruguay University in Montevideo.

By the end of this workshop, participants will have
- An understanding of key mentoring principles and how they may apply to their academic work.
- Taken part in practical mentoring experiences from the perspectives of the mentor, mentee and observer.
- Reflected on how mentoring practices can impact other aspects of work in a higher education setting.

To obtain the final certification, you must obtain the qualification "Apto" in the course and therefore must have met the following evaluation criteria:
