The Research, Internationalization and Teaching in English Plan (PRIDA, in its Spanish acronym) fundamentally aims to instruct and improve the communicative competencies in English of our teaching and research staff (PDI) in their professional development as teachers and researchers. Furthermore, the plan makes provision for actions to foster the linguistic competence and certification of administrative staff (PAS) and students.
The plan, developed through a Framework Document, is part of the UV internationalization strategy and is jointly promoted and supported by the Vice-Chancellor for Internationalization and Cooperation, the Vice-Chancellor for Degree Studies and Linguistic Policy and the Vice-Chancellor’s Office for Training and Quality in Education.
