On Wednesday, 16 November, the students of the Master's Degree in Business Management (MBA) had the opportunity to visit Idai Nature’s facilities in La Pobla de Vallbona, Valencia.

Thanks to the invitation of the CEO of Idai Nature, Carlos Ledó, the MBA students were able to visit the R+D+I laboratories and the production area.

Idai Nature is one of the world’s leading biotechnological companies in the agricultural sector. It is renowned for its specialisation in the production of natural solutions for agricultural biocontrol, particularly for their use in organic farming practices. The company provides environmentally friendly methods that promote a natural balance in the control of pests and agricultural diseases, contributing to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector.

During their visit, the students were able to see the showroom up close. It was a unique experience that was enjoyed by all and allowed the students to learn more about the role of the company. One of the highlights was a visit to Idai Nature’s research laboratory, where the students were able to closely observe the scientists at work.

The students also visited the other building where the quality and logistical work is conducted, and the group was able to see how the solutions are prepared and distributed in large drums. These are then packaged in different sizes, and finally, the product is finished with all the stickers required for the containers to be sent to the end consumer.

At the end of the visit, the students were gathered in a meeting room and Carlos Ledó spent a few minutes answering any questions the students had about the company.
