Consolación Adame-Sánchez is Associate Professor of Management since October 2002. She has participated in numerous research projects in different fields of management: organizational design, mergers and acquisition, entrepreneurship; innovation or human resources among others.

 I have received some awards, these are the more important: Best Doctoral Thesis Award 2016 from University of Valencia and awards for the Best Paper of the GIKA Congress in the years 2013 and 2016.

Consolación Adame-Sánchez has published a number of high-quality academic papers in international and domestic journals such as, “Journal of Business Research”, “Management Decision”, “International Journal of Innovation Management”, “ICE. Economic Review”, "International Entrepreneurship and Management Journal ", " Contemporary Economics" "Review of Managerial Science" among others. Also she has participated as co-author in few books.

My research interests include: human resources, work-life balance, entrepreneurship, woman and business, fsqca.

Professor at the Department of Business Management since 1993. I am director of the Master´s degree in Creation and Management of Innovative firms since first edition in 2008. I was appointed in 2022 as head of initiatives associated to the Vicedean in Innovation and Transfer. I am also member of the managing team of Agrotec US as enterprise coordinator
