Admission is made on a personalised basis, considering the curriculum and transcript of the applicants, in accordance with the global parameters established by the current regulations and the specific criteria determined by the Master's Academic Coordination Committee (CCA).

The order of preference in enrolment and the minimum access grade is determined by means of a weighted assessment of the following elements according to their suitability for the contents of the Master's Degree:

  1. Affinity of the entrance qualification with the master's degree (30%).
  2. Average mark of the academic transcript (20%)
  3. Professional activity in areas related to economic policy and public economics (professional category, duration of contracts and working hours must be specified) (10%).
  4. Level of training in contents related to the Master's degree (it is required to indicate the degree and its duration) (10%)
  5. Level of foreign languages justified with official certificates (5%)
  6. Motivation to specifically study the MPEEP (25%).

Applicants must provide a letter of motivation explaining the reasons why they aspire to study the Master's Degree and explaining the relationship between their academic and professional career and the contents of the Master's Degree.

Additionally, up to two letters of recommendation from professors or academic tutors of the degree of access to the master's degree (or university master's degrees) to study this master's degree are also suggested.

Applicants whose mother tongue is not Spanish are required to present an official certificate, issued by public bodies, justifying a level of knowledge equal to or higher than B2. In exceptional cases, an alternative procedure may be established by contacting the Master's Management.

The Master's CCA reserves the right to conduct a personal interview or to request additional information to that initially submitted in the application.
