Professor Dra. Ana Isabel Blanco García, lecturer of Procedure Law, was invited as a teacher to the Wroclaw University (Poland) regarding the Erasmus PDI programme the week of the 21st January 2019.

PhD students and professors of Procedure Law, Criminal Law and Constitutional Law of the Wroclaw University attended classes about topics related to the organization of the judicial authority in Spain, as well as the guarantee of the proper procedure or the ‘fair trial’. Furthermore, one of the talks discussed the subject of the conflict-resolution outside of the judicial headquarters, where the debate about this issue brought about a comparison between the arbitration and mediation procedures used to solve conflicts in both the civil and the commercial area.
