The lecturer Carlos Esplugues, director of the Master’s degree in Law, Business and Justice of the UV, and a member of the group MedArbValencia and of the Proyecto Prometeo 2018/111, participates as delegate of Spain in the works of the WG.II of the CNUDMI-UNCITRAL.
The lecturer Carlos Esplugues has participated as delegate of Spain in the works of the WG.II of the CNUDMI-UNCITRAL developed in the UN office in New York between the 4th and the 8th of February of 2019. The WG.II aims to ‘resolve controversies’ and its comprehensive activity has been dedicated to start the creation of norms for the abbreviated arbitral process over these days.
