From 12th January to 9th February, the Filmoteca de Valencia will screen 11 productions, 7 fictions and 4 documentaries, which appeared between 2009 and 2015. The exhibition is organised in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia and the Colombian Consulate in Valencia.

The exhibition was opened with El abrazo de la serpiente (The hug of the snake), nominated for an Oscar and winner of a special award at the Quincena de Realizadores of Cannes Festival.

The programme includes the last two feature films by the young Ciro Guerra, one of the most important filmmakers on the Colombian film scene in the last decade.
