The sessions took place on the 5th, 6th and 8th of February of 2019, in the Victor Faurén Room of the Faculty of Law of the Universitat de València.
The irruption of the class actions in the procedural system, the evidences, the summary procedures and the Big Data, the Artificial Intelligence to solve conflicts have been the topics with which their speeches have dealt, contributing to debate and creating interesting subtleties about undoubted realities in the current judicial and arbitral procedural model.
