Invited by Busan International Finance Institute and Dong-A University of Busan through Professor Sungsoo Choi, Full Professor of the Faculty of Law at Dong-A, on 11 October 2018 Professors Esplugues and Barona, teaching faculty of the Master in Law, Business and Justice of the UV and members of the research group of excellent MedarbValencia gave their correspondent lectures in the centre of maritime arbitration, created recently the core of the above mentioned institute.
The conference by PhD Barona, Full Professor in Procedure Law and director of the research group of excellence MedArbValencia was on the topic “Arbitration and ADR: pieces of the New Paradigm of Justice for the 21st Century”. Professor Esplugues, director of the Master on Law, Business and Justice of the UV gave a talk on the topic “Some Recent Developments in International Maritime arbitration”.
