Mónica Marcela Cárdenas Miranda, a graduate of the University Master’s Degree in Law, Business and Justice (MUDEJ), has been awarded a grant under the University Teacher Training Programme (FPU), one of the most competitive calls for pursuing doctoral studies in the university system. She will begin her work as a predoctoral researcher in the Department of Financial Law and History of Law at the University of Valencia.

A Nicaraguan national and a Law graduate from the Central American University (UCA), Nicaragua, she completed the MUDEJ as part of her postgraduate training, consolidating an academic career that has enabled her to obtain this predoctoral grant, in line with the academic and research-oriented profile promoted by MUDEJ among its students.
