Prof. Silvia Barona Vilar, Director of the MedArb Valencia Group and lecturer on the Master's Degree in Law, Business and Justice at the Universitat de València, has published the book "Nociones y principios de las ADR" at the Tirant lo Blanch publishing house.

A book that offers conceptual clarity on the imprint of the ADR movement in the 20th century and its profuse expansion at the end of the 20th century and into the 21st century. It constitutes a book that analyses negotiation, mediation and arbitration from both a conceptual and a practical point of view.
