The OIM of Honduras has published the work of Professor and Honourable Doctor Silvia Barona Vilar, full university professor of Criminal Law of the Universitat de València, Medidas Cautelares en el proceso penal.

This work is one of the results of several cooperation acts that Dr Barona Vilar has been carrying out in Honduras for some years now along with several university and professional institutions from the country. Hence, both the Prosecutor’s General Office, with whom she participated in a capacitation process for over 600 prosecutors; with the UTH (Technological University of Honduras) where she is an international teacher in several Master’s degrees in the criminal proceeding and civil proceedings, as well as the Cámara de Comercio de Cortés (San Pedro Sula), where she has participated in arbitration and mediation throguh the development of specific assessment towards a reform of the arbitration regulations and the reconciliation and arbitration of the Chamber.
