Pablo Quinzá participates in the 5th National Congress of Registrars of Spain on technologic innovation and European Law

Pablo Quinzá, Assistant Doctor of International Private Law and of the Master in Law, Business and Justice, and member of the research group of excellence MedArbValencia has participated in the 5th National Congress of Registrars of Spain, giving a speech with the title "The determination of the applicable legal system in Regulations 2016/1103 and 2016/1104".

Professor Pablo Quinzá took part in the panel moderated by Registrar Gabriel Alonso and also included Professors Andrés Rodríguez and Federico Garau, Professors of Private International Law, and Professor Ana Moreno, Assistant Doctor.

The Congress was also attended by other renowned professors of private international law, such as Sixto Sánchez, Cristina González and Pilar Diago, Professors of private international law, Mercedes Soto, Professor of private international law and Alfonso Ybarra, Professor of private international law.

The intervention of the various professors of private international law was a great opportunity to discuss with the property registrars the problems of application and interpretation that recent family law regulations may entail.
